  • Account Information: Name, email, phone (E.164), country, birthday, gender, profile photo
  • Studio & Fitness Data: Class enrollments, bookings, attendance, progress, achievements, emergency contact
  • Studio Management Data: Studio profile, schedules, instructor assignments, roles (owner/manager/coach/member), plan settings
  • Payments & Subscriptions: Plan details, invoices, status, and transaction metadata. Card data is handled by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
  • Device & App Data: Push tokens, device identifiers, OS and app version, crash logs, diagnostics, and usage analytics
  • Approximate Location: If you grant permission, to help find nearby studios or contextual features
  • Communications: Messages you send to us, support requests, and preferences
  • Media: Images you upload (e.g., profile, studio logos, class images)
  • Logs: IP address, timestamps, and activity logs for security and auditing

Some information is provided by your studio if you are a member or staff, and some is generated through your use of the Service.

5. Mobile App Permissions

Our mobile app may request certain permissions to provide you with the best experience. You can control these permissions through your device settings:

  • Camera Access: To take photos for your profile picture and class images
  • Photo Library Access: To select and save images for your profile and QR codes
  • Location Access: To help you find nearby studios and classes (optional)
  • Push Notifications: To send you updates about class schedules, reminders, and important announcements
  • Phone Access: To make calls to studios directly from the app

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though some app features may not work properly without them.

6. Studio Management Features

If you are a studio owner, manager, or instructor, we collect additional information to help you manage your fitness business:

  • Studio Information: Business details, location, contact information, and branding materials
  • Class Management: Class schedules, instructor assignments, capacity limits, and pricing
  • Member Management: Member roles, enrollment data, attendance tracking, and progress monitoring
  • Financial Data: Payment processing, subscription management, and revenue analytics
  • Communication Tools: Broadcast messages to members and read receipt tracking

This information is used to provide you with comprehensive studio management tools and is protected with the same security measures as all other user data.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context. We may anonymize or aggregate data for analytics.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including industry‑standard TLS in transit and encryption at rest provided by our cloud providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
