• Class scheduling and booking management
• Payment processing and billing

• Business analytics and reporting
• Mobile applications for staff and customers

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

In no event shall Athlesis be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.
